1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sanatana School Online, you agree to be bound
by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Refund /
Cancellation Policy, our Child Safety & Data Promise, and any other
policies published on this website. If you do not agree, please do not
use the platform.

2. About Sanatana School Online

Sanatana School Online is a values-based and spiritual learning
platform primarily designed for children aged 5 to 10, and operated by
Sanatana School Private Limited, a company incorporated under the
Companies Act, 2013, India.

The platform is designed to help children grow in calmness,
character, focus, inner strength, and rooted values through guided
stories, practices, creative reflection, and structured learning paths.

3. Parent / Guardian Contracting Party

Sanatana School Online may only be purchased, activated, and
supervised by a parent or lawful guardian who is at least 18 years old.
The parent or guardian is the legal contracting party for all purchases,
permissions, consents, communications, and account decisions relating
to the child’s use of the platform.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of
age or older, are legally authorized to act on behalf of the child, and
have provided accurate, current, and complete information.

4. Account Registration & Verification

Only parents or guardians may create accounts. A parent account
must be created first, after which one or more child profiles may be
added as permitted by the purchased plan.

Sanatana School may use age-gating, OTP verification, consent logs,
and additional verification methods before account activation, before
enabling certain features, or before approving any child content for
community or public display.

If required verification is not completed, Sanatana School may suspend, restrict, or refuse access.

5. Free Lesson

Sanatana School may offer one complimentary lesson from Path 1
before purchase for evaluation purposes only. This free lesson is
intended only to help parents assess the teaching style, content format,
and suitability of the platform.

The free lesson may not be copied, recorded, redistributed, screen-captured, commercially reused, or publicly shared.

6. Pricing, Payments & International Transactions

Sanatana School may offer introductory launch pricing, including
special pricing for Founding Families, for a limited number of
enrollments or a limited time. Pricing may change at any time without
prior notice unless already confirmed in a completed order.

All payments are one-time payments only, are not subscriptions, and
are not subject to auto-renewal unless explicitly stated otherwise on
the checkout page.

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment
gateways, including Indian and international payment processors.
Sanatana School does not store full credit card, debit card, or banking
credentials.

For international transactions, the amount charged may be subject
to exchange rates, bank fees, card network fees, taxes, or other
cross-border charges imposed by your payment provider or local
authority. Sanatana School is not responsible for such third-party
charges outside its direct control.

7. Access Period & Completion Timeline

Access to purchased content is generally granted after successful
payment confirmation, subject to technical processing, verification, and
platform readiness.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the learning journey,
bundle, or purchased access remains valid for 12 months from the date of
purchase.

No automatic extensions, pauses, freezes, transfers, or
carry-forwards are provided. Any exception, if granted, will be entirely
at Sanatana School’s sole discretion.

8. Child Content Uploads & Display

Parents may choose to upload or submit a child’s homework,
drawings, reflections, voice notes, or videos for learning
accountability, feedback, certification, or community participation.

Homework, drawings, written submissions, and voice notes are
generally intended for internal educational use and are ordinarily
visible only to the Sanatana School team unless expressly stated
otherwise.

Videos or similar content will not be displayed to the public or
the enrolled family community unless the parent or guardian gives
explicit approval through the verification process required by the
platform, which may include OTP confirmation.

If the parent approves content for display, the parent grants
Sanatana School a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to
host, display, reproduce, and communicate that approved content solely
for platform, educational, community, or promotional purposes. Parents
may request removal at any time, subject to reasonable technical and
legal requirements.

9. Chat with Jyostna

The “Chat with Jyostna” feature is available only through the
parent account. It may be used for parent questions and for child
learning doubts submitted by the parent on the child’s behalf.

No direct unsupervised child-to-adult communication is permitted
through this feature. Response times may vary, but Sanatana School aims
to respond within 24 working hours wherever reasonably possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including lessons, curriculum structure,
audio, video, scripts, activities, graphics, downloads, branding, logos,
designs, and software elements, is the exclusive property of Sanatana
School Private Limited or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, republish, upload, distribute,
screen-record, scrape, translate, adapt, resell, sublicense, or
commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written
permission.

11. Code of Conduct

You agree not to share login credentials with unauthorized persons,
misuse the platform, impersonate another person, upload inappropriate
or unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform
for resale, redistribution, institutional use, or commercial
exploitation.

Violation of these Terms may result in restriction, suspension, termination, or content removal without refund.

12. Platform Availability

Sanatana School will use commercially reasonable efforts to keep
the platform available and functioning properly. However, uninterrupted
or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Availability may be affected by maintenance, connectivity issues,
third-party service failures, cyber incidents, gateway outages, force
majeure events, legal restrictions, or other events beyond reasonable
control.

13. Privacy, Child Safety & Compliance

Sanatana School is committed to child safety, parental control, and
responsible data handling. Parent and child data may be processed as
described in the Privacy Policy, Child Safety & Data Promise, and
applicable legal requirements.

For global access, Sanatana School applies a child-safety-first and
parent-consent-first approach, including where local legal requirements
differ.

14. Suspension or Termination

Sanatana School may suspend, restrict, or terminate access
immediately if these Terms are violated, if verification requirements
are not completed, or if child safety, legal compliance, or platform
integrity requires intervention.

Parents may also request account deactivation by email, but deactivation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

15. Disclaimer of Outcomes

Sanatana School provides educational, cultural, and spiritual
support content. We do not guarantee any specific educational,
emotional, spiritual, behavioral, or developmental outcome for any child
or family.

The platform does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological,
therapeutic, legal, or emergency services. Parents remain fully
responsible for supervision and real-world decisions relating to the
child.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanatana School
Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data,
loss of goodwill, interruption of access, exchange-rate losses,
third-party gateway issues, or device / internet-related problems
arising from platform use.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sanatana School Private
Limited, its directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service
providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses
arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, or
infringement of any rights.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts located in
Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes
arising out of or relating to these Terms.

19. International Users

If you access the platform from outside India, you acknowledge that
your information may be processed in India and in other countries where
our trusted service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards
and legal requirements.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

20. Changes to These Terms

Sanatana School may update these Terms from time to time. Updated
versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.
Continued use after such update constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms.
