1. Our Philosophy
Sanatana School is designed as a purposeful guided journey, not a
casual subscription or entertainment product. We encourage parents to
enroll thoughtfully and with commitment to the child’s learning rhythm.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, and only if all eligibility conditions below are met.
3. Conditions for Refund
A refund request may be considered only if:
- The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Less than 20% of the paid content has been accessed or consumed.
- The request includes the registered email address, parent name, child name, and order / payment reference.
- The account is in good standing and has not violated the Terms & Conditions.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after 7 calendar days from purchase.
- More than 20% of the content has been accessed.
- Failure to complete the journey within the 12-month access period.
- Change of mind after substantial usage.
- Dissatisfaction caused by personal schedule issues, lack of usage, family preference changes, or delay in completion.
- Problems relating to user device limitations, browser settings,
poor internet connectivity, or third-party service interruptions outside
our direct control. - Suspension or termination due to breach of platform rules.
5. No Partial Refunds
Where the purchase is sold as a bundle, journey, or unified
program, it is treated as a single integrated digital product. Partial
refunds for partially used paths, modules, or segments are not provided.
6. No Extensions, Transfers, or Pauses
The 12-month access window is firm. No pauses, transfers,
handovers, or extensions are provided merely because the child did not
complete the program in time. This structure is part of the discipline
and accountability philosophy of the platform.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 10 working
days to the original payment method, subject to banking and gateway
timelines.
Transaction charges, payment gateway fees, taxes, currency
conversion losses, or non-recoverable processing costs may be deducted
where legally permissible and operationally applicable.
8. International Payments
For international transactions, refunds will ordinarily be made back to the original payment method used at checkout.
The final amount received by the customer may vary due to
exchange-rate movement, card network rules, banking fees, intermediary
charges, taxes, or other cross-border deductions outside Sanatana
School’s direct control.
9. Cancellation Policy
Sanatana School does not charge recurring subscription fees for the
products described in this policy. Accordingly, there is no recurring
subscription to cancel.
Parents may request account deactivation by email at any time, but
deactivation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.
